as I was an original pioneer of the Human Potential Movement, and a bit like Forrest Gump, found myself at the center of some of our culture’s most defining moments.
I was there at the beginning of Werner Erhard’s “EST” (Erhard Seminars Training now known as the Landmark Forum), where I was Senior Vice President and helped take the company from inception to a graduate base of millions around the world in its first 8 years.
I was there at the beginning of Robbins Research and helped Tony Robbins launch his first great book – Unleash Your Power – and take his organization national from it’s Del Mar, West Coast California office.
I was there at the beginning of John Hanley’s LifeSpring, training his Los Angeles teams; at the beginning of Bob Hoffman’s Hoffman Institute, helping to market it to the world; was one of the first trainers of the Awakening the Dreamer Workshop for Pachamama Alliance helping promote and produce Dreamer workshops all over the world; was the Co-Creator of Jack Canfield’s Transformational Leadership Council, where I was CEO, Senior Vice President, and Executive Director from inception through its first 8 years; and I co-founded The Network for Transformational Leaders, a global association of some of the world’s greatest authors and transformational thought leaders, making a global impact in business and leadership.

teaching me from a young age the principles of leadership, communication, success, and championship including renowned architect and systems theorist Buckminster Fuller; Oscar-winning film producer Jerry Weintraub; business leadership guru Warren Bennis; author, lecturer, and est founder Werner Erhard; Hoffman Institute founder Bob Hoffman; author and speaker Marianne Williamson; visionary and hospitality expert Dale Hipsh; world renowned business author Peter Drucker; business process design expert and Chilean Senator, Fernando Flores; and Indian sage Swami Muktananda.
I've also done my bit in politics and Hollywood
working with Vice President Walter Mondale, Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, Congressman Pete McCloskey, Egypt Ambassador Robert Strauss, Speaker Tip O’Neil, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Democratic Chairman Chuck Manatt, where I worked at the 1980 Democratic Convention with access to the convention floor, and smoke-filled back rooms, huddling with dozens of Senators, Congressmen, and Governors.
In Hollywood I worked personally on projects with Oscar-winning Director Steven Soderbergh, Producer Jerry Weintraub, and Screenwriter Paul Attanasio; walked the Red Carpet with Freddie Ravel (keyboardist for Earth, Wind & Fire) at the Premiere of Ocean 13, and met with Actors George Clooney and Brad Pitt, and Director Danny Boyle – whom all taught me the fundamentals of film making and production.

I co-founded and built a multi-million dollar business
with renowned fashion jewelry designer Laurel Burch, taking it from inception to $5 million annually in only two years, and as the first company in the US to do so, talked the then People’s Republic of China government into manufacturing our original designs. I enjoyed going to China before it officially opened, one of only a few US women to do that in the late 1970’s.
I helped raise millions of dollars for the City of Chicago
when I worked with Donald J. DePorter, Founder Chicago Gateway Green, Oprah Winfrey, producer Oprah Winfrey Show, Walter Payton (“Sweetness”), Chicago Bears running back, and Chicago Mayor Harold Washington. We mobilized 1,000 Youth At Risk teenagers to earn summer money by helping sell Catch The Spirit pins to promote the campaign.

of the American Cancer Society’s very first Great American Smokeout – producing a star-studded event in San Francisco filling Union Square with 5,000 people to promote the benefits of non-smoking, and creating the forerunner and model for continued annual national events.

where I have helped entrepreneurial firms and Fortune 1000 companies increase their profit, develop their leadership teams, and create sustainable cultures of contribution and service, including Hard Rock Hotels International, Warner Bros., Capital One, Turner Broadcasting, InterContinental Hotels, McCain Foods, RocketBarn Marketing, Evian Water, Chase Bank, and the Danone Group.

I have trained thousands of CEO’s and Senior Executives to build powerful collaborative teams and create successful and sustainable organizations. And I was knighted! In 2011 by the Order of St. John of Jerusalem for my humanitarian contribution to the world working on saving the RainForest and ending hunger.
