The Art Of Extraordinary Achievement And Flow

The Art Of Extraordinary Achievement And Flow

February 23, 202612 min read

There is an Art and a Science to creating Extraordinary Results in your life. Anyone can learn this Art by understanding the natural and Universal Laws of Science (how the world works) and living through these principles. For, when you master these Universal Laws, you can access and harness your own personal power, create championship performance and consistently conjure up your favourite version of the world!

Many people call this knowledge "woo-woo" or "soft skills" and say it is too metaphysical to be real.

But I say "It works", and it works like magic!

Knowing and using the metaphysical and Universal Laws allows you to be a magician and effortlessly experience 'Flow' and 'Extraordinary Achievement'. My life has been filled with extraordinary achievement and has even been called 'legendary'. And for many years, I have been teaching others the art and science of a legendary life.

People tell me I'm lucky...

People tell me I'm lucky or that everything extraordinary that has happened in my life is mere coincidence, but I reply that I know how to align myself with the natural laws of the universe. I have been taught the energetic flow and formula of how anything is brought into existence. I know how to manifest results – extraordinary results. Things in my life unfold as if by magic because I understand the metaphysical Laws of the Universe - just as it happened one sunny day in early 2004.

That was an exceptional day.

Out of the blue, I found myself on the phone talking to Jerry Weintraub, the Oscar-winning filmmaker and producer of the Ocean's 11 film series, asking me to come to Hollywood and help him with his new movie project.

I had met Jerry in 1972 during the time I was Senior Vice President of est (Erhard Seminars Training), which later became known as the Landmark Forum. At the time, Jerry was the manager of singer John Denver; John was an est graduate and a great friend of mine. He would often invite my boyfriend and me to join him in Tahoe, where we would watch a show, and then hang out together, gambling and having fun.

Jerry was always there too, accompanying John, so Jerry and I became friends, but it had been years since I had talked to him or been in touch.

He went on to tell me the film project had already been approved for production by Warner Bros.

It was to be the story about the '70s in San Francisco when the Human Potential Movement had started with the est Training Program. This was during the times of the Vietnam war protests, the Chicago 7 escapades, and President Richard Nixon's resignation to set the context.

Jerry knew I would have a lot of the inside story as I had been there when it was all happening. I had worked personally with Werner Erhard, founder of est, for over 10 years. As one of the company's Senior Executives, I was instrumental in growing the organization from inception to millions of graduates worldwide. As such, I was one of the first pioneers of the Human Potential Movement.

Needless to say, I was soon on a plane from Aspen, Colorado to Hollywood, California, and whisked by limo to the Warner Bros. Studio in Studio City. There I met not only Jerry but with the others on the project, Oscar winners director Steven Soderbergh (Erin Brockovich & Traffic) and screenwriter Paul Attanasio (Donnie Brasco).

At the time, Jerry and Steven were finishing up making 'Ocean's 13'. That film was made entirely on movie sets built at Warner Bros. Studio (except for the last scene of the movie filmed on location at the Bellagio Hotel Fountain in Las Vegas). However, the rest of the movie was filmed at the Warner Bros. Studio Lot, in specially built movie sets, including the 'Ocean's 13' Casino scenes, the underground tunnel scenes, and the apartment scenes.

One day, during my regular monthly meeting with Jerry, suddenly he said, "Let's show Marcia 'The Club' ". He had just previously given me a tour of the Ocean's 13 movie sets, and I had been dumbfounded and amazed by how Hollywood can turn a backyard lot into a life-like reality. At that moment, I thought Jerry was talking about taking me to see yet another set of the Ocean's 13 Movie.

"I need you to help me with a new film I want to make", he was saying. "I can't do this without you"
Jeyy Weintraub

Jerry drove me in his BMW Golf Cart to a back Studio Lot, where we walked through a large barn door and down a dark hallway littered with old furniture and paintings from other movie sets.

We came to another entrance, and I suddenly found myself inside the finest Restaurant and Bar I had ever experienced. On the wall inside, there was a Neon sign saying, "The Club".

Throughout the beautifully decorated space, there were tables and booths, and lounge furniture – even a Poker Table. Central to that was a luxurious Bar filled with liquors, food, and accoutrements and attended by a bartender and waitress. The walls were decorated with fabulous pictures of old-time movie stars, and the Poker Table was outfitted with poker chips and playing cards and well-worn seats.

The room was empty except for the waitress and the bartender.

Jerry led me to a table where the waitress immediately brought caviar and snacks and drinks from the bar even as we sat. Later I found out this was no regular movie set or even part of any movie. This on-site Restaurant and Lounge had been built by Warner Bros. specifically for 'the boys' – the stars of Ocean's 13 – in which they could hang out while they were not being filmed. It was really a luxury playroom!

There I sat, with Jerry, talking and chatting nonchalantly, but feeling so lucky to be treated to such a celebrity experience! Jerry was showing me a copy of Paris 'Hello' magazine, which had just published an article about his new house in Palm Springs. The bartender continued to bring us drinks; the waitress brought more food. And, all the while, I marvelled at the movie-like experience!

Then, out of nowhere, in the door walked none other than George Clooney!

Yes, the acclaimed actor!

Jerry looked up and yelled out, "George! Come on over – I want you to meet Marcia Martin!" George Clooney did come over and sat down - right next to me, after smiling and kissing me on my cheek to say "hello".

At that moment, what I really wanted to do was take out a camera and take a 'selfie' with George – LOL – but I continued to do my best to act as if this was all quite normal. As if I was 'just one of the boys'. We continued to chat together, scrutinizing Paris Hello magazine and discussing Jerry's new 'pad' - a mansion, of course. We laughed. We talked. We ate snacks and drank wine together.

Then suddenly, the door opened again, and in walked Brad Pitt!

Once again, Jerry looked up from the table, and he shouted out, "Brad! Come on over – I want you to meet Marcia Martin!". I sat there thinking to myself, 'Yeah, right! Come on over and meet Marcia Martin – lol – like I'm really somebody! Ha-Ha'.

'Holy shit – I'm sitting next to George Clooney, and now I'm about to meet Brad Pitt – try to act normal.'

Brad came over, smiled, kissed me on the cheek, said hello, and sat down next to me (obviously, this was the ritual greeting!). Now I was seated between George Clooney, Brad Pitt on the other side, and Jerry Weintraub across from me.

Suddenly, I realized it was happening again like it always happened for me - Flow and Extraordinary Achievement! I knew this resulted from me trusting and following the Universal Laws that allow for magic to happen in life!

Jerry was now showing pictures of the Palm Springs mansion bedroom, which had a whole wall that electronically moved aside, opening the bedroom to the Palm Spring desert air. He proudly showed off the King-Sized bed, ornately decorated set in a room that was an architect's design dream.

George said something like, "I bet that bed gets a lot of action", and Brad laughed; both were lovingly making jokes to Jerry, giving him lots of friendly attention. It was apparent to me they all cared deeply for each other. Brad pointed to the full-sized photo of Jerry in the Living Room and bantered, "Bet that picture needed a lot of photo-shopping!" Again, they all laughed with good-spirited humor – making fun of each other in a caring way, and including me in their circle of friendship.

Now, the door opened again and in walked Steven Soderbergh, accompanied by Director's Guild former President, Danny Boyle, the Oscar-winning director of the movie Slumdog Millionaire.

Of course, I knew Steven, having worked with him and Jerry over that past year on Jerry's movie project, but I had never met Danny Boyle. Steven saw me at the table, then suddenly turned to Danny, and said, "Danny! Come on over and meet Marcia Martin!".

Here I was, with a table full of very talented and highly-respected celebrated human beings, who were actually celebrating me! Jerry shared with them what I had achieved in my life and how I had been one of the original pioneers of the Human Potential Movement. They were all genuinely interested in hearing about my accomplishments. It was an "extraordinary" moment and the cherry on top of the 'manifestation sundae' for me!

Over the next several hours, we all laughed and chatted like old friends. Later, I found out I had been one of only a few women who were ever invited into 'The Club' – that special space that Warner Bros. had built for 'the boys' and their friends to have a place to gather while filming 'Ocean's 13'.

You can call me lucky. Or say that it was a coincidence.

But I say something bigger is going on when this kind of dream scenario happens. I know it's because I am acting in alignment with the mystical and quantum laws of the universe. When we align our inner world with the natural flow of the universe, all kinds of extraordinary experiences are naturally attracted to us.

This is how it works:

Everything in the universe is made of energy, and everything is energetically connected. When we meditate and discipline our mind, we raise our energetic vibration and when we operate at a high vibration, we attract things that resonate at a high vibration; in doing so, we draw to us events and people harmonious to the expansion of our health, wealth, love and happiness. Our vibration matters!

Here's how you, too, can tap into your own powers of extraordinary achievement. This is the Law of Attraction 101 which you might already know. However, so many people say they know about it but can't get the results they dream of! I'm a living, breathing example of how this law can work, so take it from me, I'm a Master!

Ok, let's go through the steps in the order they work best.

It starts with the commitment to do this every day!

  • First, get really clear on what you want, and create a clear image of that in your mind. Take time every day to imagine that you already have it in your life.

  • When you do that, lean into the feelings you would experience if you actually had that desire right now.

  • Make up a story of how you got it - it doesn't matter what the story is, as long as you think of a way you went from not having it to actually experiencing and seeing it happen.

  • Hold that image in your mind right before you go to sleep, every night. This is key!

  • In the day, do everything to keep yourself in an uplifted mood - that will keep your vibration high.

  • Be aware of the language you are using; know that whatever comes out of your mouth is actually what you are creating as your future. If you hear yourself saying something like, "This never works for me", then instead of creating that failure as a future, say something like, "This hasn't worked for me in the past, but I am improving every day"; that is a better future to create as you practice.

  • Welcome in all the things that happen in your life as if they are a gift. See each circumstance as part of the process of you attaining your desires rather than an obstacle in the way.

  • Think of, and write down daily, at least 10 items or reasons for which you are grateful, and read them out loud - this is, bar none, the fastest way to raise your mood and set the tone for attracting fortune and favor!

It is too easy in the humdrum of daily routine to find ourselves pulled into the status quo where most people operate. Even just the very fact of making this ritual a vital part of your day is vital!

When we operate first by creating a Mindset of possibility and abundance, rather than functioning from a Mindset of missed opportunities, scarcity and lethargy, we can manifest any dream we want. What happened to me that marvellous day wasn't fate. It was because I had set it up vibrationally for it to occur.

It is absolutely possible to connect with, inspire, influence and impact the relationships and circumstances in our lives to create these kinds of extraordinary meetings and adventures. It's that simple.

You are an artist creating your own destiny of achievement, and you are speaking and acting and performing into existence your own desired future in every instant. If you have set your visions really high for your life and align with the Laws, you will naturally create and experience Extraordinary Achievement and Flow.
