6. Membership for the Marcia Martin Club or Academy
As a member of the Marcia Martin Club or the Marcia Martin Academy, I agree to:
- Not share my login information with anyone
- Not download/save any of the video content
- Not share access to any content from this membership site with non-members
- Be kind and courteous to other members and Our Company staff
- Not share promotions or spam other members
- Respect everyone’s privacy
- Not post hate speech or bullying
- The rules set out in our Privacy Policy
- Receive emails periodically from Marcia Martin Productions LLC, related to events, new content, etc.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in the immediate removal of your access and account. In the event you have been removed, no refunds will be provided.
Cancellation Policy:
You may choose to cancel your membership/subscription for the Marcia Martin Club at any time by following the specific instructions below.
- Login into your account at https://www.marciamartinclub.com/login/
- Click ‘My Account’ from the menu.
- Choose ‘Subscriptions’ and that screen will have options to stop. (https://www.marciamartinclub.com/account/?action=subscriptions)
Once a membership has been canceled, you will continue to have access to content until the current payment period has ended. Refunds are not available at this time.

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
